This part is a 3D-printed medical splint (férula) for earthquake relief in Venezuela, so any maker can reproduce it from home and help people who need care for fractures and injuries. Design shared by @lucamorbe (Instagram).
📏 Sizes
- 🟢 S — 85% scale
- 🟡 M — 100% scale
- 🔵 L — 115% scale
🖨️ How to print it
- 🧵 Print in PLA filament.
- 🧱 Infill: 15 to 20%.
- 🧩 Wall loops: 2 to 3.
- 🌳 Supports: tree supports with a 40° threshold angle.
- 🔄 Important: print it upside down. Imagine the person standing, then flip the part 180° on the X or Y axis. Printing it this way lets it flex without breaking (as shown in the photo).
- 📦 Once printed, it is ready to be dropped off at a collection center.

📏 Tallas
- 🟢 S — escala 85%
- 🟡 M — escala 100%
- 🔵 L — escala 115%
🖨️ Cómo imprimirla
- 🧵 Imprime en filamento PLA.
- 🧱 Relleno (infill): 15 a 20%.
- 🧩 Paredes (wall loops): 2 a 3.
- 🌳 Soportes: tipo árbol (tree) con un ángulo (threshold angle) de 40°.
- 🔄 Importante: imprímela al revés. Imagina a la persona de pie y luego haz un giro de 180° en el eje X o Y. Imprimirla así permite que se flexione sin romperse (como en la foto).
- 📦 Una vez impresa, está lista para entregarse en un centro de acopio.
